House currently occupied by professional couple (34+).

This room is for a professional male/female only (1 person, no couples).

The bathroom (pictured) is on the third floor and solely for you, but not connected to bedroom.

No smoking inside house, but outside is fine.

Tenancy - No weekends (Friday 'Late' PM - Sunday 'Late' PM)

Current tenant allergic to nuts. Will not suit tenant who cooks nut-based ingredients and stores in communal fridge, but a previous tenant did eat nuts in their room, which was fine.
