Large Single Room In Lovely Family House

we have a large family house with 2 attached bedsits.
the bedsit we are renting now is separated from the main part of the house by 2 doors and a small hallway, and is well insulated from the sounds of daily living in the main house.
the other bedsit is at the far end of the house with a similar arrangement
the main house is occupied by 3 adults and 3 children under 6 and the other studio is occupied by a couple with their 3 month old baby.
you would share a bathroom with the occupants of the other studio but not with the family in the main house. the kitchen is large and shared by all.
we have been taking lodgers for the last 10 years using this arrangement. the average length of stay is 3 years , so im guessing we are not too difficult to live with :). we do have 1 small dog who is friendly and not generally a barker. we are 20 minutes walk from leatherhead station and 5 minutes drive from junction 9 if the M25. there is plenty of parking on the street which is a dead end and leads out onto fields and woodland. typically people move out because they have a new job elseware or are moving in with a partner.
