1 large double room available for rent in Leatherhead. Train station is approx. 10 minutes walk. Close to all amenities, bus stops and shops also. Easy commute to Epsom/Guildford/Dorking/Kingst on/Chessington.

The room is on ground floor on the right side of front door, and has a bay window.
There is a large pine wardrobe, TV with shelves and a second shelving cupboard on entrance to room, with large mirror above it.

We also have 3 bathrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Downstairs double shower and toilet would serve occupant, although we would still use toilet for family. The house is recently renovated so has a good family and homely feel to it.

We are an active family with kids, who are in bed by 7.30 PM and either in school or out doing things, so no need to worry with overcrowding.

We are a clean and tidy household and would expect the same from occupant. You can share cooking facilities in our large open plan kitchen and garden if you wish.

There is enough room on drive for 1 other car or room in garage to store a bike.

Start from August 4th due to occupant here currently.
