Lovely large double bedroom with view over the garden, shared lounge, dinning room, kitchen and bathroom. Also have a garden so if you like gardening even better!
Ideally looking for someone who likes animals - I have 3 chickens (Dora, Wendy and Agatha!) that I would like you to be able to look after when I’m away…very easy just food/water...bonus always loads eggs! I also have a well behaved Labrador (Ollie) who comes and goes so must be able to live with a dog.
10 minute walk to Lingfield train station and 15 minute walk to Lingfield racecourse or into town.
