Lovely single room in a friendly 4-bed house, sharing with 3 others. Room can be furnished, part furnished or unfurnished, just let me know your preference.

House has 2 bathrooms (one with separate wc) and a good sized private garden. Downstairs on the ground floor you have the communal living space. The kitchen, the bright open-plan lounge and dining room with large French doors which open out into the pretty flourishing garden.

Morden underground (northern line) 5 mins by bus (bus stop at end of road) or 15 min walk.
South Merton Station (first capital connect) goes into the city, 10 min walk
Regular buses to Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Epsom and Sutton all from the end of the road.

5 min walk to a decent selection of shops ranging from 24h petrol station to a great cafe, post office to a handy Sainsbury's local.

Spoilt for choice with open green spaces: Canon Hill Common at one end of the road and Morden park at the other, in which you'll find Merton college and the new leisure centre/pool/gym.

Bills not included in the £395 rent but will be payable to us separately every month, with statements made available to you at anytime. Free parking on road.
