Location

The house is centrally located in zone 4 with a 10 minute walk to Mitcham Eastfields or 15 minute bus trip to either Tooting Broadway or Morden tube for easy access into Central London. The house is located off Mitcham Fair Green so numerous shops including Morrison’s, Lidl and Superdrug are right on our doorstep. You can also find several restaurants and fast food places within walking distance.

The house and room

House has a moderate sized kitchen with all requirements including a washing machine and cupboard space. The room has a double bed and comes fully furnished with wardrobe, chest of draws, shelf space, desk & chair and small flat screen TV. The house has three floors and this room is located on the third floor -- separate from the other rooms which are on the second.

All the bills are included with your rent such as WiFi, Gas, Electric and Council Tax.
