Hello! My name is Oli and I have a double bedroom available in my flat in the heart of Mitcham.
The room itself is furnished with double bed, bedside table and lamp, storage space/surfaces and wardrobe.

The flat is 5-10 minutes walk to Mitcham Eastfields train station (zone 3), from which it is easy to get a train to Balham (5 min), Clapham Junction (10min), London Victoria (15 min) and London Bridge (25 min).
The area is also served by many convenient bus routes (118, 127, 152, 201, 280, 264, 44, N44, 355, S1) to Colliers Wood or Tooting Broadway (Northern line tube zone 3), Croydon, Streatham, Wimbledon, Sutton, Morden and central London. There are also tram and train links to Croydon and Wimbledon.

This property is minutes away from ASDA, Morrison's, Lidl, Iceland, Boots and many other convenient shops and takeaways.
PETS
I have two small cats. Both are house trained and will be cared for and cleaned up after by me, but ideally you'll be happy with pets around if you're looking to stay!

£300 deposit and maximum 6 months stay ARE BOTH NEGOTIABLE for the right person.
IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR HOUSEMATE
Friendly, laid-back, happy around pets, doesn't mind chipping in with occasional household chores (although I'm not massively fussy). Shared interests in music, film and conversation would be a big bonus. Aside from this I'm happy for the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life with a variety of interests and occupations!
I live in the room downstairs, and I am laid-back, friendly guy who more or less keeps himself to himself.
