Cosy room for rent in Tooting/Mitcham

I am trying to find someone who can replace me and take my room in our lovely house in Mitcham/Tooting! The house is just by Figgs Marsh and is just off of the high street! It is 10 min walk to large Aldi, 3 min walk to corner shops in the area, 10 mins walk to Tooting Station and 15 min walk to Tooting Broadway Station!

We are looking for someone who is fun, clean and kind. We are all creative people and enjoy the company of other creatives! The girls are easy to talk to, easy to get along with and tidy. They also aren’t afraid to occasionally let their hair down with a few drinks! We are quite a laid back house. We respect each other’s space and also like to spend time together.

Now for the house! It is a large 4 bedroom with a gorgeous garden. We have a living space with glass doors so we get loads of light! There is a modern kitchen, bathroom (with shower and a bath tub) and a spare room (with a dryer and storage space)! The house is a lovely size which is hard to find in London!

My room is going to be UNFURNISHED. There is a built in wardrobe with cupboards (boasting amount of storage)!

One last thing, we are smoker and pet friendly! We have a cat with us, she is super playful, friendly and cuddly. She was certainly a dog in her past life lol!
