We are sorry to be leaving our gorgeous 3/4 bedroom house due to personal circumstances changing and us all wanting to leave together rather than share with strangers.
The house is at the end of a quiet road and is tucked away and we (three girls) have always felt so safe here. Our neighbours are lovely too!
The house is a 3 bedroom house, we currently use the smaller bedroom upstairs for our clothes and have converted the downstairs living room into a third bedroom meaning that all bedrooms are generous doubles.
The kitchen has a big extension so that you have a beautiful living space and a kitchen all in one.
There is a utility/bathroom downstairs and then a family bathroom upstairs too.
There is a garden and an outhouse which we have access to, too and two car parking spaces right outside the house.
The tenancy is until April 2026 and we would like to move out as soon as possible but can also be flexible for the right person. Foxtons will do all referencing checks and the new tenants will need to have a combined household income of £76.5k to pass referencing.
Rent will be £2850 pcm until April when it will increase to £2964 pcm and stay at this until the end of the tenancy.
Mitcham Eastfields is less than 5 minutes away and takes you into central London (Victoria, Farringdon etc) in less than 20 minutes, Balham 9 minutes and Clapham Junction 12 minutes. Tooting railway station is a 15 minute walk away and Tooting Broadway is a 10 minute bus journey away where we love to spend our weekends in the markets or the bars and restaurants!
Figges Marsh is a couple of minutes walk away and is perfect if you have a dog, children or like to go for a run!
Lidl is a couple of minutes away too.
