We’re looking for a fourth housemate to join our creative little home in South West London.

The house is modern, bright, super spacious, and actually feels like a home rather than just a flatshare. Two floors, two big bathrooms, a garden, lots of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge, and even an office space for work from home days or creative projects.

The room itself is large and airy.

We’re all creatives working in film and the arts, so the vibe in the house is friendly, social, and easygoing. We love having chats in the kitchen, sharing a glass of wine or watching films together, but we also really respect each other’s space and independence. Looking for someone who’s clean, considerate, and brings good energy to the house.

Location wise, it’s a really safe and lovely area:
15 minute walk to the Northern Line
Around 30 mins to Central London
Bus at the corner takes you to Wimbledon or Tooting in minutes
Big supermarkets, shops, cafés and everything you need less than 10 mins away
