Transport: 10 min walk away from Colliers Wood Station - on the Northern Line for a 26 min tube ride into Bank tube station in the centre of City of London. Buses 1 minute from the property go east to Mitcham, and west to Wimbledon. South Wimbledon and St Georges hospital are within walking distance. Zone 3. Postcode for map is CR4.

The Room: Very bright single room with excellent storage. Single bed with under bed drawers, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and lots of fitted storage cupboards. The bed and all the furniture in the room are less than a year old. The room is single and for one person.

The Area: Colliers Wood is a great area. The Tandem Centre has everything including TK Max, and there is also a giant Sainsbury’s, there's great local pubs, coffee shops and restaurants.

The House: The house is really nice, it's a two floor modern terraced house on a quiet cul de sac, with a leafy natural park just behind it. Very clean, bright modern décor, recently decorated throughout with modern wooden floors and good carpets upstairs. Lounge, TV, kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, good oven, washing machine, great garden with paved area and full sun all day. Great for a coffee on a summer morning. Broadband and all bills inc. The house is as eco-friendly as possible.

¬You: Please note due to practicalities this room is unfortunately not available to anyone working early, late, or night shifts. You need to be on some variation of the standard 9-5. I'd prefer someone in their late 20's or older for this room.

I am the other person living here and am the landlady. I'm a Project Manager, I also run a large hiking group so if you are an outdoorsy type you get free and cost based outdoor holiday trips if you live here. (Which previous house mates have very much enjoyed!) I've been renting out rooms for years, I enjoy having someone to live with, have been great friends with some of my past housemates and am looking for another friendly considerate person to have a home here.

Minimum stay 6 months. £410.00 pcm/ 95.00p/week fully inclusive of all bills. Payable per calendar month. 1 months rent in advance £300.00 deposit.
