Tooting and Mitcham Eastfields stations are 3 and 10 minutes walk away, providing regular access to Balham/Clapham Jct/Victoria/ London Blackfriars/London Bridge and Wimbledon. Tooting Broadway tube on the northern line is also walkable, or there are buses about a minute from the front door. The flat also has its own car parking space.

There is a large double bedroom, and a smaller double bedroom, (currently furnished with a double bed it is also perfect for a guest room or a cot if you are after the whole place to yourself!) . The lounge/dining room is large and double aspect, there is a modern three piece bathroom and a large, bright kitchen. It is located on the top (2nd floor) of a gated development, so no noisy neighbour issues! The flat is part furnished, though unfurnished is possible for longer lets.

The flat is well located just a couple of minutes from buses, trains and a park. and is great base for exploring the boom of restaurants and bars in Tooting, Streatham, Balham and Clapham, but without the price-tag of the rest of SW London!

The flat is available from Start of January with a minimum 6 month stay (strong preference provided to those wishing to commit to 1 year or longer). Bills not included.
