The room is a large (pretty lux) double with a stunning secret ensuite bathroom hidden inside floor to ceiling built in wardrobes! The ensuite is decorated in blue and white moroccan tiles and has a massive rain shower.

The flat is large and spacious, with the below features:

The flat mate is Nikil (29), a friendly professional working in Central London.

Transport:
- 10 minute bus outside the house to Tooting or Colliers Wood (Northern Line)
- 5 mins to Morden
- 5 minute walk to tram for Wimbledon ( 10 mins)

Rent includes a monthly cleaner.

Bills are about £70 a month on top.

If a couple are taking the room, I will adjust the rent to £1100 per month, and NOT let the 3rd room in the property.
