Thank you for looking at my ad for a very bright and airy large double room to let for a single working person in leafy , quiet part of Morden , South West London . With excellent links to Central London .


5 minutes walk to Morden underground station( Northern Line ) so central London within easy reach . Various bus routes are also very close by .

Overground station( Morden South ) is also 5 minutes walk away .

Lovely Lawn garden.

All bill are included in the rent with speedy Wifi .Weekly cleaning of the communal area will be provided as well .

Share kitchen and bathroom with 3 other persons in a very quiet house . They are all working professionals.

Looking for a working , clean and
quiet person or student to share this house
with a group of friendly people .

Please note that , in the interest of quiet and comfortable stay for everyone, I would like to ask all my tenants not to bring any overnight guest in .

The room is not available for couple . I would kindly ask not to enquire for couple or two friends as it is for single occupant only .
