Lovely double room 5 min walk from Morden Tube

I have a small double room to let. Please note, the room is not suitable for couples.

The room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table.
It’s on a corner of the building so is dual aspect so gets lots of light and is really airy. Both windows have white blinds which let all the light in and curtains for when you want it to be cosier.

The flat is very clean. I would expect a housemate who keeps the place tidy and clean but all the cleaning products will be provided and cost included in rent. All bills and internet connection are also included. The deposit is 1 months rent and the rent is paid monthly.

I moved into the flat in May 2018 and had a brilliant lodger from July 18-Feb 20.
The flat is quite spacious large living room, small kitchen, plenty of fridge and storage space and an airy bathroom. There is a balcony and a communal garden. Morden Park is also a 2 minute walk.

Ideally I am looking for a long term tenant (min 6 months) but would consider a shorter let. The room will be available from 1st September 2020 but there is flexibility on this also.

The location is convenient with Morden Tube station and Morden South Thameslink station both a 5 min walk away. Central London takes around 30min. There are also many bus routes available nearby. There is space to lock up bikes and a parking permit can be purchased for the car park at the front of the building.
