The room is on 1st floor and fully equipped with Wardrobe, Mirrors, chest of drawers, Single Bed , bedside table and a 32 inch smart TV.

Bathroom is shared with only one person (occupant of the single or double room, if there is one, so it is very likely you will have sole access to the bathroom most of the time) but in any event is termed as Shared Bathroom for the purpose of the contract.

All bills are included, standard one month deposit and one month rent is required. Holding deposit is required to secure the room, and agreement is conditional upon satisfactory reference checks (as per reasonable normal practices). There are no agency fees or admin fees and I am the Landlord so you will not be dealing with an agent.

The property is occupied by professionals and looking for like minded individuals. Please note that there is a “No guest and no pets policy” in this property, as this is a family home. I always mention this to every applicant for transparency and clarity, so individuals can make an informed decision.

SHOPS: ASDA supermarket - a short walk away and a Tesco superstore is just a quick bus ride away. Harvester and a local pub are located close by too.
