Looking for a comfortable place to call home? We have a bright double room available in our lovely, spacious 3-bedroom house!

The room: A cozy double room with plenty of natural light.
Shared spaces: You'll have a good-sized living room to relax in, and you'll be sharing the bathroom with just one other person.
Outdoor perks: We have a front garden complete with a vegetable patch (it could use a little TLC if you’ve got green fingers!!)
The entire house has recently been spruced up.
Rent: Just £710 per month, and that includes ALL bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, internet, and even the full Virgin Media package—Sports, Movies, Netflix, the works!).

About us:
I’m Mike, your live-in landlord, and you’ll be sharing the house with James, our current housemate. We're both easy-going, friendly, and respect each other’s space and privacy. We enjoy a relaxed, peaceful home and are hoping to find someone who feels the same way!

Who we’re looking for:
Ideally, we’d love a laid-back, considerate, and tidy female housemate to keep things balanced in our household. But we're happy to hear from anyone who’s chill, respectful, and clean.

The area:
The house is in a prime spot—just a 4-5 minute walk to St Helier train station, with quick links to Wimbledon, London Bridge, St Pancras, and more. Morden tube station is also close by (a 25-minute walk or a 6-minute bus ride, with the bus stop just 3 minutes away).

There’s a lovely park right across the street (perfect for a morning jog or a relaxing stroll), and we’re near a great selection of shops, including Lidl, Boots, and plenty of takeaways to satisfy those late-night cravings.
