We are renting a lovely and spacious, double bedroom/living room (18m²/ 200ft²) with an extendable double bed and a comfy sofa. It is a large loft room and furnished with a table/desk, sink, full-length mirror, chest of draws, clothes rack, a fridge, kettle and some kitchen equipment to prepare simple meals. Our kitchen can be used for food preparation as well. Rent INCLUDES ALL BILLS and weekly cleaner for communal parts.

To share with landord (couple) will be bathroom, a separate toilet and a kitchen in our a clean and tidy 4bed house near Cannon Hill park.

The room is is very quiet at the top of the house overlooking gardens and Cannon Hill Park.

We are looking for a single, non-smoking professional. Unfortunately we cannot accept couples or pets.

The house is on a quiet road on the Raynes Park/Morden border. It is 1 mile from Raynes Park mainline station (23 minutes to Waterloo) and 1.5 miles to Morden Underground Station (on the Northern line – 25min to Waterloo). The house is also less than 1 minutes walk from 413 bus stops (Morden and Sutton) and 8 min from 164/163/293 bus stops (Wimbledon). There is easy on-street parking available.

Cannon Hill Park is just 1 minute away, and a large David Lloyd gym complex just through the park; a10min walk away.

The location is also excellent for easy access to St. Heliers Hospital, Sutton, Worcester Park and Kingston.

ALL BILLS INCLUDE, COUNCIL TAX, WATER, GAS, ELECTRICITY and WIFI. There will be a small contribution to the weekly cleaner bill.

A Monday-Friday rental scenario might also be possible and could be discussed at a reduced rent.
