We have a nice double room, lots of light and storage in our sharing house. We have a clean house and a good environment people take care of each other and are all professionals working full time.

The house has good facilities, garden, living room, well equipped kitchen, parking, storage in the shed for large stuff.
The local area is a quiet residential area just a short walk to local restaurants, pubs and plenty of shops (Sainsburys, Lidl, and more) and the beautiful Morden Hall Park!
We are located less than 5 minutes walk from Morden Station (Northern Line) and good bus service to Wimbledon, Clapham, Sutton and 10 min walk to South Merton (Thameslink and Southern) and a longer walk to Tramlink and if you cycle it a good place to commute to central London


We are a friendly bunch looking for someone to move in as our housemate just moved out for pastures new.
