I have a studio flat comprimising of a living/bedroom, separate kitchen and bathroom in new haw just outside of Addlestone Surrey.
The studio is part of our main house but has its own separate entrance and is completely self contained.
The flat is first floor, with a utility area downstairs and a patio area outside.
There is on-street parking at the property.
The rent is £750 per month - this is inclusive of all bills.

Sorry but no people that work night shifts.

I am looking to let to a single professional only, as it would be too small to accommodate two people.

The flat is currently unfurnished as the last tenent had their own furniture.

1 months rent to be held as security deposit, to be held until end of tenancy.
