Single room with separate living room to let in New Haw, Surrey (MON-FRI ONLY)
We are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with parking on the street outside. The room contains a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and freeview TV/DVD player. It is a small room but you also have sole use of a reception/living room with sofa, TV and desk. You will share the bathroom with one other lodger and we all share the kitchen. We have a well-behaved dog (a cockapoo). Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. WiFi is available.

The rent is £120 weekly in advance (all bills included); cash preferred. The refundable deposit is £120.

The house is 20 min walk to either Addlestone or Byfleet & New Haw Train Stations (direct trains to London Waterloo or Woking) and we are 5 min from M25 (J11). The surrounding canal paths are great for walking, running and cycling, we have the capacity to store a bicycle, and there is a PureGym within a couple of miles with another coming soon. The local pub serves food and is within a 10 min walk as is a convenience store.
