All the furniture provided must stay in the room as there is nowhere else to store it. Shared modern kitchen/living room, dining area, sitting room, 2 bathrooms and garden. Rent includes council tax, water and fast broadband. Gas/electricity not included, shared meters, approx £30 pp pcm. Ideal location: 2 mins walk to New Malden High Street, 5 mins walk to train station.
