This is a small but lovely single room with a high ceiling - this room has a surprising amount of storage and contains an elevated bed and a desk area great for computer work.

You will also have full access to the kitchen, living room, dining room and garden.

I have a lovely, warm and peaceful house near Kingston and Wimbledon. I am a professional writer and photographer and have travelled all over the world. I am most interested in the arts. We have a peaceful Golden retriever dog who does not come into the bedrooms. And she is very friendly.

I have been hosting lodgers for over 16 years and enjoy meeting people of different nationalities. Although the room is not big, it has good storage and a study area and is very cosy and atmospheric.

All bills + WIFI are included

The house is located in a quiet, safe street, (which has free parking) and is about a ten-minute bus ride to Kingston and 20 minutes to Wimbledon. (The bus-stop is 3 minutes from the house). New Malden has a railway station about 7 minutes walk from the house.

We are a non-smoking household. No couples, please.

Available to view and move in 6th October.

The room is available for professionals or post-graduate students over 25. People on shifts having to get up very early need not apply.
