Room to let in house share on private road.

Hi,

I have a double room to let in a clean and professional houshare. There is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers (not in photo) and bedside table in the bedroom along with aerial point for a tv. You would be sharing the rest of the house.
I pay for a cleaner to attend weekly to do the shared areas.
There is a washer-dryer, dishwasher, your own fridge/freezer, Sky HD, Fibre Wifi, Living room with dining table and french doors to the garden with garden furniture/bbq etc
The house is on a quiet private road with free parking. Its a 3 minute walk to a sainsburys and local shops. Woking park and leisure centre is a 5 minute walk, and the town centre and the train station is a short cycle ride or 15-20 min walk.

Looking to find somebody suitable to move in, who can feel like it is their home too.

I tend to work Monday to Friday and usually spend the weekends out and about. I'm also away usually a couple of nights during the week too.

I'm sociable but also very respectful of peoples space etc, and I'd expect the same in return :)
