I'm Vicki, professional musician and wellbeing coach. My partner, Hugo is also a musician and we own two free-roam house rabbits, Millie and Louie.

We're looking to share our home with someone who is a clean, tidy, quiet professional, likes rabbits(!) enjoys good food, and hanging out with their housemates.

The room is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. It’s bright, with lovely views across the valley.

We have a large kitchen with lots of countertop space and cupboard storage, plus dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer.

Other communal areas: a bright, homely dining room, a cosy living room, and a large back terrace which is a real sun-trap in the summer.

- Street parking along the road is free, no permit needed.
- Three different zone 6 stations within 15 minutes’ walk.
- Fast direct trains to London Bridge (19 mins), Victoria (23 mins), Thameslink stations (Blackfriars 26 mins, St Pancras 38 mins).
- Bus stop 50 metres from the back door with buses to Croydon, Caterham, Streatham, Sutton and a night bus to Tottenham Court Road.
- 24-hour PureGym over the road.
- Great selection of local restaurants.
- Loads of different supermarkets to choose from.

All bills are included in the rent - gas, electricity, water, WiFi.
