I recently purchased a brand new flat, with 3 beds in Purley and I'm looking for a flatmate to move in. I work in real estate in Central London but also from home a couple of times a week. I've setup one of the rooms as my office as it's a lovely peaceful environment to work in. I'm fairly easy going - enjoy the odd glass of wine and watching movies and very respectful of people's time and personal space. I'm looking for someone with similar interests, who's also quite tidy, to move in.
(Please ignore the mess in the bedroom - I've been using it for storage whilst settling in).

Details about the room: 3.31m x 2.60m. Comes with a single (convertible into double) IKEA daybed and a dressing table that's currently in my office.

Shared areas include the kitchen, lounge, bathroom, private courtyard and garden - street parking available.

I do like to cook and I'm vegetarian - looking for someone who's respectful of this and enjoys a good curry!

A train station is 5 mins away with access to London Victoria and London Bridge taking only 25 mins. Bus stops within 30 seconds.

Electrically powered with a modern air source heat pump so bills don't go up too much.
Integrated appliances in the kitchen with my lovely barista grade coffee machine too!

The council tax is Band E which comes to about £170/month in total.
