These bedrooms are part of a modern and extremely well maintained detached house with friendly hosts who respect people’s privacy and would like our potential tenants to be communicative, tidy and honest.
The communal open plan area consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy sofa for watching TV and relaxing. The tenants will have exclusive use of an additional fridge, a dishwasher and a cupboard in the kitchen.
The property is located in a quiet green and safe area, with free on-street parking, and is a 3-minute walk to a bus stop which takes 10 minutes to Purley Railway Station (25 minutes to London Bridge and Victoria station).
