Double room in shared flat in Purley

This double room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe (with drawers), bedside cabinet and rug. It's the perfect size for one on a short term or Monday-Friday basis, but can accomodate two (at an additional cost of £25 per week).

There is a living room, bathroom and kitchen shared with one other person (me). You will also have shared use of the private decking area at the back of the flat. There is wifi and Tivo which you can share and all bills are included.

I work full-time in London so am in and out of the house during the days and evenings so you may often have the flat to yourself. Having said that, I am more than happy to show you the best places to go locally and help you find your way around.

The flat is inbetween South Croydon and Purley. Purley offers a large supermarket and other large stores and beyond this there are some lovely walks, commons and smaller towns to visit. Towards South Croydon and Croydon there are various places to eat, shop and have a drink.

The flat is a 1 minute walk to bus stops going towards Croydon, Sutton and Caterham.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the train station which will link to Caterham, Tattenham Corner, Croydon, Clapham and London (with various stops between). Trains to Croydon will take about 5 minutes, Clapham 20 minutes and London stations about 30 minutes.
Gatwick airport is about a 30 minute drive from the flat.

There is free parking on the road or there is a garage which may be available to use.
