This is a 3-bedroom end of terrace house with conservatory. The room to let is a ¾ size of a double room, fully furnished which includes colour TV, House phone, Fibre Broadband internet access, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom is right next to this room and has a power shower, a bath and all other facilities. My bedroom has my en-suite shower room. The smallest single bedroom is for my son when he visits me, maybe once a week. The house is within a gated development. Parking within the grounds included. Shared lounge, kitchen, downstairs loo etc.
