We have systems in place to offer viewings via video call and new tenants are able to move in with no interaction with existing housemates. We have also added an additional communal clean to the weekly schedule to help keep cleanliness at a high standard.

This location is around 1 mile from Redhill Train Station and has good access to local bus routes and the amenities of Redhill Town Centre.

The refurbishment of the property was completed in July '18 and one housemate has to move out to relocate for work.

The property has been refurbished to a very high standard and has an open plan kitchen/living/dining area.

There are three ‘off-street’ car parking spaces at the property and only minimal parking restrictions ‘on street’, allowing for ample parking of Housemates cars.

All bills are included in the price of each room, which also covers a weekly clean of the communal parts of the house, and regular visits from our Window Cleaner and Gardener.
