Bedroom (Yours)

First things first, the room / house:

We have a great sized double room, with a built-in wardrobe and en-suite, available in a beautiful townhouse, tucked away in the very quiet and tidy community of Royal Earlswood Park.

The room will be unfurnished but we do have a single bed and draws in the spare room that you can use should you need something immediately, that you don’t already have.

The rest of the house is fully furnished. All household items owned by us but if you have anything of your own you want to bring then by all means please do.

In the kitchen you’ll have your own food cupboard as well as your own shelves in the fledge and freezer. All other white goods also provided.


Rent covers all bills including broadband, water, council tax, TV license and most importantly... friendship (aww!). We have freeview TV and a huge dvd collection for our housemate movie nights in! 🍿 🥤 The TV is also 3D ready!
We are situated just at the end of a private road, about 5 minutes walk from Earlswood station so there are easy connections to London, Gatwick Airport and Brighton. There is also a local bus that runs through, just behind our house, to the neighbouring areas.
Pictures include the interior of the house as you get free reign of all areas! We want you to feel just as at home as we do!!

We both work in Reigate. Lewis drives and Kat gets driven 🤔

Lewis is currently in a smaller double room, which is cheaper at £680pcm, and is willing to switch rooms to the one we are advertising if you would like to discuss this.
We are both clean and tidy housemates and muck in with everything that needs doing so we would like someone with the same expectations to move in.

We do have a small 4th room but the landlady only wants a maximum of 3 people in the house so we have kitted it out as a spare room. Therefore, if you want a guest to stay, they will be just as comfortable as the rest of us. This room is covered by the rent paid so you are also welcome to use it as extra storage if need be.

We really look forward to welcoming a like minded professional into our home and making it yours too!
