Entire flat available Mon to Fri (4 nights)

Single room available in professional, non smoking flat.

Monday to Friday let (4 nights only) - aimed at people working in London/Surrey during the week, but going home on weekends.

I work long hours during the week so it’s a quiet environment.

If you are a clean, quiet, professional person who is working away from home on a temporary basis: it's for you! Happy for a part time arrangement.

Great access to A23, M23/25 and mostly traffic free bike route to town. Good bus service (405), Thameslink and Southern train lines also (see below for more details).

Usual amenities: broadband; kitchen items; visitor parking.

Ideally, I'd love to have someone mindful of the flat and a vegetarian tenant, but can be flexible on the latter.

Merstham is a lovely and lively village approximately:
- 5 mins bus commute/drive to Redhill/Reigate/Coulsdon
- 10 min drive to East Surrey Hospital
- 15 mins drive to Sutton (i. e. ICR & RMH hospital)
- 10 & 13 mins train commute to Gatwick Airport and East Croydon respectively
- 30 mins train commute to central London (i. e. London Bridge/Victoria).
- 30 mins drive to Croydon.
- 45 mins train commute to King's Cross St Pancras (i. e Eurostar) and Brighton
