**** Room Now Taken****Looking for one more cheerful, considerate and professional tenant/housemate for a recently extended and renovated central Redhill detached home. Room 1 is a large double room on the first floor with a lovely en-suite. The current housemate has a new job in London. The room will be available from 11 June, though there may be some wiggle room depending how our current housemate gets on finding a room in central London.

The house has a stunning open plan kitchen-dining-living space, a garden with patios, apple trees and decorative planting, downstairs loo and laundry facilities. It's a calm and peaceful sanctuary.

The room is offered furnished (including double bed with a really good mattress, lots of wardrobe and storage space, full-length standing mirror and space for a small desk). It has a newly-built en-suite with rain shower.

Utility bills and council tax are included, though you will need to contribute to the costs of a cleaner for the communal areas - around £10 per week. There is on and off-street parking.

I plan to host supper club events now and again, which is why the room is shown set out for dinner for 30!

Current housemates are one 55 year old male landlord, a male nurse in his 40s and a osteopathy student in her mid-twenties. We keep the house pretty clean and tidy, and share meals etc once a week or so. We're all good people.
