Hello,

My names Rosie, I am a 35 year old working professional, who is looking to rent out a second room in my 4 bedroom house. I currently have another lodger, Sammie, who is 27.

The room up for rent is located upstairs, its a double room and is fully furnished - The pictures do not do it justice, it also has a large built in wardrobe.

A 10 (max) mins walk to the train station (30min direct train to London Bridge) and bus stop, a big Sainsbury supermarket, gyms and Redhill High street. We are located a short journey to both East Surrey hospital & Gatwick Airport.

All bills and council tax are included in the price with fibre optic high speed broadband Internet, however, if you would like Sky TV in your room, this is £15 a month.

I am looking for a like minded, working professional, who is happy to share this space. We are sociable people, and will sometimes watched TV together, have dinner or a takeaway together from time to time. We also enjoy a nice cold glass of wine in the peaceful garden, but we are also respectable of each others personal space and alone time.

You must like dogs, I have 2 small dogs (Pugs) they sleep most of the day, but they do love some attention and cuddles. If you don't like dogs then please do no apply. You of course will not be expected to care for them in anyway, but they will not understand that you just rent a room, and will want to give you cuddles.

My house is a very good size, I have a double drive, a garden, 2 reception rooms, a new kitchen, one new bathroom and one shower room (downstairs). .

No guests to stay.

Someone who is clean and tidy is very important.
