The bathroom with shower and toliet is adjacent to bedroom . We also have a garden, which your welcome to sit in.
The house overlooking a pond,. the room is for one person.
There is use of the untility room to wash and dry your clothes.
The house is only 10 years old. And is a short walk to Redhill BR with fast links to Gatwick, Guildford, central London and good road access to the M23 M25, along with the 100 24/7 bus, which is located just around the corner that goes to Gatwick, East Surrey hospital and Crawley. Other buses to Coulsdon /Purley/Croydon can be picked up at Redhill bus station.

The house is 5 bedroom of which we only use 2 of the bedroom, so plenty of space and privacy .

Redhill has a theatre and a small cinema, along with many high street shops, and a market twice a week. And all the usual restaurants and take-aways you could ask for !

Should you enjoy walking or sailing or cycling the countryside is only a stone throw away ! Redhill also has a leisure centre with gym and a large pool which is reasonably priced.

Oh we do have a cat, but he is rather anti social, and tends to run away when he see anyone !

We have also add to our home a very shy suliki 🐕 He is very laid back and doesn’t bark a lot.

Ideally our perfect tenant would be easy going, and reasonable tidy !
