Mon - Fri. Large double room, Great location

Mon-Fri (4 nights) only.
We have a light and spacious, 16'4 x 9'5 (4.98x2.86) room for SINGLE occupancy, on the 2rd floor of a very tidy, contemporary town house. 10 mins walk from Redhill station 15 minutes to Reigate.

The 420, 460 & 430 stop outside. (Also serve East Surrey Hospital) Doynings Gym is 5 mins walk, as are local shops. Plenty of available parking on nearby roads.

The bathroom on floor 2 floor is shared with one guy, for this reason another male is preferred, sorry ladies!.

Bills are included, superfast wifi and all bedding, towels etc.

Must be clean, tidy ,considerate and polite. Male, non smoker or voper in or outside the house.

Due to the open plan nature of the ground floor of the house, this is not going to be suitable for someone who loves to cook or spend hours in the
kitchen.

Current, well established household is made up of a gay couple and a straight guy and we would prefer a 'mature' individual.
