A light, clean and peaceful double room for single occupancy only, with easy access to shower room and views over the rear garden. The room is comfortably furnished with a double bed, full length wardrobe, shelves and dresser / cabinet. Alternative furniture requirements may be possible (e. g. desk). Shared use of kitchen, bathroom, utility room, lounge, dining room and garden.

I am the home owner, I work full-time in education and am looking for a considerate lodger, preferably a professional person with working hours that fit well alongside my own.

The house is situated just to the south of Priory Park in Reigate with a 15 minute walk to the town centre and good road connections to the M25 (10 minutes) and Gatwick airport (15 minutes) plus the added bonus of being very close to open countryside (2 minutes walking). There is off-road parking available on the driveway.
