Double bedroom in Victorian flat in Reigate

I live in Reigate, close to Priory Park, town centre and 20 minutes walk from Reigate Station. I have one lodger, a professional female, and have another double room for another female. It is furnished, but can take some furniture out if needed. We both work long hours/shift work so rarely both in at the same time. There is a shared bathroom with separate toilet, a large kitchen/diner overlooking a big garden. We would like someone who is professional, quiet and respectful.. this probably is not the place for party people! There is always parking on the road outside, and the garden is solely for our use.
