Double ensuites 5mins walk from Richmond station

Larger double

My two flatmates are leaving and their rooms are now available in this wonderful 3bedrooms3bathrooms just a short walk from Richmond station. Happy to do showings via video/whatsapp due to current Coronavirus lockdown.

Larger ensuite: actually very spacious double room, it's all unfurnished except the double divan bed, luckily it has a sweet double door in-built wardrobe storage with its own ensuite (no one else will share this toilet)

Smaller double: an average room, with enough space for a double bed, wardrobe, small desk and some drawers without feeling crammed. With this room, you would have one large bathroom all to your own just across the corridor (although it's not an ensuite, so if guests pop by the house, they might end up using it from time to time)

Living room with 2 lovely sofas basically brand new , separate dining space, kitchen a bit small, but with all the specs you'd need [dishwasher, washing machine&dryer combo, usual classic fridge, plenty of storage for 3 people really]

Bills last year were 110-115£pm per room (sadly the council tax is way higher than expected, but the place is still cheap as heck as that is with everything included!)
+ no contract fee requested by the agency, which is a great plus

That would make each room 787£ and 738£ all inclusive per month, for your budgeting references

About me: super clean, very laidback, but ready for a Netflix binge at any given moment, or even some nice cocktails on the riverbank when the weather allows.
We kept the house as clean as possible (nice no-shoes policy on the inside) and just generally a wonderful place you can really call home, ideally would like for it to stay that way and get some like-minded people that are not just looking for a crappy place to crash.
