A lovely Victorian Houseshare with private garden.
Full time £950 pm OR Monday -Friday for £750inc:) Professional females only!

A Large fully furnished bedroom (photos do not do it justice:) Kingsize bed ,wardrobe, chest of drawers, full size mirror & two end tables. Newly installed ceiling fan. Council tax, WiFi Broadband, and all household bills are included plus linens, towels and house basics supplied. (the occasional meal too as I always over cook😉!)

This is a great place to live on a friendly street with easy access to all transportation, the town, river, the green, deer park etc with great restaurants, pubs , high street shops & all that Richmond has to offer is within walking distance. Richmond station is a 5 -10 min walk for the Underground and fast trains to Waterloo etc. Buses outside for Kew Gardens, Chiswick and Twickenham.
Heathrow Airport is the approx 20 mins by car!
I’m a chilled relaxed friendly roomie who respects the other persons space and lives a fairly healthy lifestyle - most of the time 😉 There’s also a lovely garden for alfresco dining/ a glass of wine or to relax/sun bathe/ read on your off time. The garden is newly re designed with a relaxing water feature, palm trees and outside lighting for long summer eves. Not a party house just the occasional get togethers so all very relaxed. Been there done that being ex music biz :) lots of stories so hoping to write that book😉
I am a total cat lover so if you have a moggie he/she is most welcome 😻
There’s also outside pavement parking available where you can apply for resident permit if needed.
