Looking for a new housemate for a double bedroom in a large stylish home in Richmond, only 5 minutes walk away from Richmond Station, the town centre (with a large Tesco, M&S and Waitrose) and a short 10 minute walk to Richmond Park.

Unfortunately I have to leave due to relocating for work, and I'm really sad to go! Hoping to find someone to replace me who is sociable and easy-going; you would be living with an Australian girl and an English guy - both super friendly!

- You would be sharing the whole upstairs of the house, including a modern bathroom with one person.
- The room has large built-in closets and mirrors.
- The house is large and comfortable and has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area - with plenty of room for working from home if needed.
- It also has an outdoor patio (as seen in the photos) which is lovely in summer.
- Bills are around £175/pcm, and include Sky TV and WiFi.
- There is on-street parking available if needed (permit required).
