Room includes large double bed, sofa, TV, dining table with chairs, extensive fitted wardrobes and there is access to a shared kitchen with a separate fridge for this room. There is also a private bathroom. Please note that there is no separate reception room.

This is a fantastic room for a professional female in one of London's most beautiful and safe neighbourhoods.
10 minutes walk to Richmond station, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops (incl. Wholefoods), Richmond Park and the River Thames.

Please note that the room is self contained and it will not suit someone looking for a traditional flat share set up. The room is part of a large maisonette with the other bedroom located on a different floor. The kitchen is shared with a couple. Laundry room is located on the upper floor - all products and detergents supplied.

The rent includes all bills including broadband and weekly cleaning.
On street parking is possible directly in front of the house (the council charges about 80 pounds for that per year). There is also a shared garden to the rear.

Regrettably the room is not suitable for couples.
