The House
This three level Edwardian house compromises of a fully equipped large kitchen, separate living room, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. High ceilings, large sash windows and original fireplaces in each original room. In traditional letting style, the house is neutrally decorated throughout.

The south-facing back garden is generously sized. It is a semi-detached house with a side gate leading from the front garden through into the back garden; there is space here to safely store bikes.

Bills
Utilities, internet and council tax are all included in the rent. We don’t have a TV license so this would need to be arranged if desired.

Transport
On street parking is available with a residents permit which will have to be purchased through Richmond Council if required.
The house is a 8 minute walk from Richmond station, where the District Line, Overground and mainline trains run. Easy access to central London via a 15 minute mainline train from Richmond to Waterloo. North Sheen station is a 11 minute walk away. There are plenty of bus links a few minutes walk down the road.

Area & Amenities
The house is set on a quiet residential street close to the centre of Richmond. The surrounding are is lovely with easy access to Richmond Park, Kew Gardens and the River Thames. There's a large Sainsbury's a 9 minute walk away. Only a 10 minute walk to the local gym and swimming baths at Pools on the Park. The pubs, restaurants and shops surrounding the Quadrant in Richmond centre are only a 10 minute walk away.

Current Housemates
We are all professionals aged 20-29. We all get along really well and are looking for someone laid back, clean and respectful who would like to join us for barbecues and a trip to the pub once in a while.
