I am looking for a professional to move into a modern, spacious and fully furnished Two Bedroom New Build Apartment in Richmond.

It's a quiet area with plenty of free street parking, so if you have a car you should not have trouble finding parking. If not there are local shops (including large sainsbury) nearby and public transport. Also, just over a mile walk to Richmond park.

All Bills included in rent other than the cleaner.
-Cleaner will cost £20 on a fortnightly basis.

About Me:
I am a clean and tidy professional working in technology consultancy. I am a person who likes to keep fit and healthy. I am an outgoing and sociable person, however I also enjoy my down time and space.

Room is available to rent from the 15th April.

Closest Transport links:
• Bus stop in front of building with buses either running to Richmond station or the other way to Hammersmith.

Railway/Tube Stations:
• North Sheen (0.4 miles)
• Mortlake (0.5 miles)
• Kew Gardens Tube (0.7 miles)

Room:
Double room furnished with a sliding wardrobe, curtains, bed side table and lamp. Double bed with sliding draw storage.

Bathroom:
Two Bathrooms in the house which one bedroom is en suite (Mine) and one shared bathroom which will be used predominantly by the tenant however, at times by guests. The Bathroom comes with a bath and shower. It also has plenty of storage space. Bathroom also has mood lighting and underfloor heating.

Kitchen:
All necessities including washing machine with tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven/stove/grill, toaster, kettle and dining table.

Living Room: Non shared living room

Storage space:
Storage space available if required.
