It has its own staircase leading to a bright open plan bedroom/living area with a double bed and sofa looking onto the river, it is very peaceful with a beautiful view. It also has a separate bathroom and kitchen area which has a fridge, belling mini cooker, kettle and toaster.

Although part of a large house, this room is completely private and separate suiting someone who would like a flat environment rather than be part of a busy house.

It has just been freshly pained and new carpet flitted after the last tenant who was there for 8 years.
