Double room, semi detached house Shirley Croydon

The house is semi detached and is situated in a very quiet close near shops, bus stops, tram and train stations in Shirley, Beckenham. There are buses to Crystal Palace, Sydenham, Croydon. The closest train stations are Eden Park and Elmers End (about 20min walk) and Beckenham Junction station reachable by bus. There are trains from Beckenham Junction and Elmers End/Eden Park to London (Victoria, London Bridge, Charing Cross and Waterloo) and trams going to Croydon. Birkbeck station is also quite close that leads to Dulwich. There is a free parking in the close if you have a car.

The house is very spacious with use of bathroom, kitchen, garden and sitting room. Included in price is the internet, bed sheets and towels. Room is double with a single bed, built in cupboards, chest of draws, bed side table, a chair and a lamp.

I am looking for a tidy and quiet Monday to Friday professional, a non-smoker who likes cats as I have a lovely friendly cat.

I like quiet evenings. I don’t mind having an occasional glass of wine.
