Hello! I have a large double room available in a spacious two bed Victorian terraced house on a quiet residential street in South Croydon from September.

The house has been newly refurbished and the available room comes fully furnished with a king-sized bed with Leesa mattress, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

There is a shared living room and separate dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a south-west facing private garden which is great for BBQ's and beers when the sun's out! The rent is £650/month which includes all bills inc Sky TV and Fibre broadband.

The area is quiet but benefits from being close to a park and a wide choice of coffee shops, pubs, bars and restaurants in and around South Croydon as well as easy transport links into London.

The house is less than a 10 minute walk to two train stations with direct trains to:
- East Croydon (6min)
- Clapham Junction (16min)
- Victoria (23min)
- London Bridge (26min)

A bit about me...
I'm 31 and work as a data consultant in central London. I'm easy-going, tidy, enjoy socialising, keeping fit but also love a quiet night in just watching TV! Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate to live with who is up for making friends with their new housemate and going for the occasional drink but also happy to do their own thing.

I also have a very well behaved and quiet 4 month old sausage dog called Lola.
