Our beautiful Scandinavian lodge is completely independent from our main home it sits at the end of our long garden secure, hidden with own private gardens with furniture, pergola. Lovely to relax in with a glass or two or sunbath under the wooden pergola in your secluded rear garden.

Footage is 55sq. m. Which includes;

Double bedroom 12x12 feet (includes double bed, wardrobe, mirror, dressing table, tallboy. New bedding. TV.

Entrance hallway 9x8 feet. With table, mirror and large storage space.

Wetroom 9x8 feet (sink, toilet and large shower with lots of cupboard space).

The lounge 14x17 feet comes with a lovely fully fitted shaker kitchen with belfast sink and oak dining area. Breakfast bar and stool. Fridge. Eco heating system by remote control. Washing machine (bring your own powder is in the garage which you will share with us). Electric stove for colder days/nights. Chairs, sofa, dishwasher.

Second bedroom is a study with a single bed. Desk to work in with fan ceiling. Very airy and lovely working from home space.

Washing Airer can be stored in wet room or hallway or garden. Bikes can be securely stored in garage. Use of freezer in garage. Along with use of washing machine.

You will benefit from a private stunning front garden with rattan garden furniture (2 chairs, table and umbrella) and Balcony with 2 chairs. (Summer permitting). Back garden offers secure secret area, with sofa and chairs and pergola.

The cabin is not suitable for people with mobility issues as small steps and the home is far from the main road. No animals as we have dogs who use the garden. If you don’t like dogs please do not consider this let.

Your rent includes all bills. You will have fast secure broadband and free view large Panasonic TV in the lounge.

Please note the cabin can get hot and the position of the cabin is in full sun. Bedroom table fan available along with ceiling fan in study.

We are looking for sensible, mature professional person or couple - no pets or children. Lodger/s must not be smokers and visitors are not permitted to smoke on the premises at all due to the wood structure. Please note no large gatherings or parties at ALL.

Our home is over 170 feet from the annexe and you will enjoy all the benefits of a secluded house and gardens.

No designated parking but parking is available outside on the road, no restrictions. Spaces always available.

403 bus route on road virtually outside house and South Croydon/sanderstead train stations only 7 minute walk where you can get anywhere. East Croydon 5 minute bus journey, London only 17 minutes away by train. Great restaurants and pubs and in the hub of activity but in a secure and secluded leafy environment. Near-by Woods and country pubs only a few minutes walk away, M25 just 15 minutes drive away. Great location as trains from Sanderstead/South Croydon zone 5/6 with various London stops only 15/20 minutes away. We regularly drive to Crystal Palace Park & Dulwich Park which are just 20/25 mins drive away.

Professional mature couple/adult only in a secure relationship NO roommates/buddying, pairing up considered. In exchange we will be on hand to offer assistance if you should need it and will make you feel happy in your new home/environment. We are local to area for years so loads of sound knowledge re pubs, food, entertainment etc. We are a married couple with one adult child.

Last thing we must make clear this house in on our land and we have 2 dogs. Any occupant must be considerate and caring to them so animal lover would be preferred otherwise this is not the home for you. Your house is accessed through a separate door in garage and has a internal intercom alerting visitors they are there at the front waiting for you to let them in.
