Lovely room in warm spacious house with garden

Friendly household consisting of owner and one other lodger. Owner is a classical musician who plays violin, piano and church organ and works from home. Even in these difficult times I am practising and giving occasional concerts, playing for live church services and am now giving face to face lessons at home with appropriate measures in place. My other lodger works as a builder and decorator but also sometimes plays the flute! The new lodger needs to like classical music and also not be a shift worker, as it isn't quiet enough to sleep in the day here. For the right person this is a nice home, previous lodgers have stayed 1-5 years before moving on; if you are looking for a shorter stay that is fine too. I usually offer a 6 month contract with 1 month's notice either way, and extend if appropriate. Although I have not said so in the main advert, I would consider taking someone with a small-medium placid and friendly dog (no other animals please)
