Furnished double bedroom in South Croydon

I have a spare double bedroom in South Croydon, the flat has been refurbished within the last couple of years. I have an en suite so the main bathroom would mainly be used by you. The room has a double bed, there is also a fitted wardrobe, a tall slim cupboard and room for a chest of drawers if you wanted to bring one. I can provide a TV in the bedroom and a fire stick if need be. There is free view in the living room. The flat is a 5min walk to the restaurants in South Croydon and less then ten mins to East Croydon station. It's a nice walk to Croydon city centre on a good day. There is also a bus opposite the flat which will take you to Croydon and the opposite direction towards Purley way/valley park (IKEA/cinema complex and shops). There are 11 parking spaces, first come, first served! However you can get a parking permit for the road by the flat. The flat has a good amount of natural light and is opposite a bowling green which is a nice view in the summer. We have a shared garden. I'm ideally looking for someone who likes to have a chat occasionally so it’s not awkward living together lol but also likes to chill by themselves, someone who generally isn't out until the middle of the night etc ☺️
